March 19th Emergency Meeting Summary
The Victor City Council held an emergency meeting on March 19th.
Council approved an extension of Emergency Declaration Addressing COVID-19 Pandemic,Resolution R532, A Resolution of the City of Victor Extending the Public Health Disaster Emergency Declaration to Coordinate Response and Protective Actions to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 through 11:59 PM on April 30, 2020 unless sooner modified, extended, or terminated.
Council approved and Emergency Ordinance, An Emergency Ordinance to Limit Gatherings and to Restrict Dining at Restaurants and any Self-Serve Food to Immediately Preserve and Protect the Public Health, Safety, and Welfare; Declaring an Emergency, and Providing for an Effective Date and Time for Termination.
Council approved and gave Mayor Frohlich authority to create and implement a paid leave policy in specific response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Council approved to increase the spending authority of the Mayor and City Administrator to $5,000 each going forward.
Council approved and gave Mayor Frohlich the authority to approve the disbursements until the regular city council meeting schedule is re-established.
