May 22 and May 23 City Council Summary
The Victor City Council took the following actions during its May 22nd regular meeting:
Approved item ZX2019-3 and Ordinance O543 to amend the rezone map for a .82-acre parcel located approximately 21 Fir Street for a rezone from Industrial Flex (IX) to Neighborhood Mixed Used (NX),
Approved item SDAX2019-01, located at 8455 S 100 W and known colloquially as The Summit, Trail Creek West, LLC., a plat amendment major to further subdivide a 10-lot subdivision to create 31 individual townhouse lots, one common lot and one lot for future phases.
Approved item SDAX2019-02- a plat amendment insignificant change to consolidate four (4) parcels into (1) parcel located at 9 Sagebrush Drive, known colloquially as Valley Lumber.
Approved item ZX2019-04, a amendment to rezone the map for the western 16.3 acres of a 20.25-acre parcel located at7634 S 500W, from Residential Single-Family & Two-Family (RS-7) to Residential Single-Family & Two-Family (RS-3).
Approved Resolution R524, a resolution of the City of Victor establishing an investment policy.
Approved Ordinance O538, an Ordinance for Land Development Code Text Amendments.
Approved meeting minutes and disbursements as presented.
Approved current water services and meter pit repairs in the Trail Creek Springs Subdivision.
During a special meeting on May 23rd, the Victor City Council heard annual service provider and social service funding requests for the FY20 budget.
