David was born in Driggs, Idaho but was raised in the city of Victor, where he has been a resident for 40 years. His governmental experience with the city first came with serving 3-1/2 years on the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission. He has spent the last ten years serving on City Council and is the Council President. He is married to Kenna Hansen Kearsley and they have six children. Mr. Kearsley is active in church activities. He is the manager of the Driggs branch of The Bank of Commerce. When he has any free time, he enjoys outdoor activities.
