Councilman
Wayne Maness
Wayne was born in Missouri, lived in California, grew up in Colorado, educated in Utah and came home to Victor, Idaho. Seeking a simpler, happier lifestyle and beautiful location, Wayne and his family of five moved here knowing they could locate to a smaller community and give meaningful service and make lifelong friends. His reasons for running for City Council included being a champion for small business, utilizing common sense to reach common goals, to help enrich and beautify our city and help various voices find common ground and unifying purpose.
Wayne is the US Bank manager for the Victor Branch. His community service includes Boy Scouts, the local Food Bank, coat drives, highway cleanup, a scholarship program for youth in Teton County, participation in the Art Masterpiece Program, plus involvement in his local church and other ennobling pursuits.

Councilman
Jeff Potter
Jeff grew up in Jackson Hole, enjoying the mountain lifestyle that the Tetons afford from an early age. After his high school graduation, Jeff left the Tetons for nine years to study business at Babson College and live in the San Francisco Bay area. Jeff and his wife, Amy, returned to Teton Valley in 2007 to start and raise their family currently including a daughter and a son. Jeff has worked in financial services, real estate sales and development, hospitality, non-profit directorship and is currently the Business Manager for Center Management, Inc., overseeing the operation of the Snow King Convention and Event Center in Jackson, Wyoming. Jeff and his family can’t imagine being anywhere else, and they look forward to the years to come in this corner of heaven we are so fortunate to call home.

Councilman
Jeff Stratton
Jeff and his wife have been married since 1987 and City of Victor residents since 1988. They have one son currently serving in the U.S. Army as a Medical Laboratory Specialist, who thanks his parents for the opportunity to grow up here. As a councilman, Jeff believes it is his job to promote these opportunities so that other families can benefit as his did. The sense of community and proximity to outdoor recreation is what brought the Strattons to Victor.
